Herald Suites Solana never fail us! Superb Hotel!

Herald Suites Solana never fail us. They always exceed our expectations! Since they've been part of our Big Day (we checked-in there for our wedding preparation), they've been so nice to us, very polite, their staffs are very accommodating and patiently attends to our requests (they even allowed us to have our photo/videshoot in this place). The hotel, room and facilities are also superb. Everything falls right into this place.

Next week, on 11th, me and my hubby will going to celebrate our 6th monthsary (we're already half-year married! yay!) and we'll be celebrating his birthday at the same time! I was thinking of the best present/surprise that I will give him. First thing came to my mind was to have a short vacay on a place where there is a pool 'coz he really loves to swim and it'll be our first swimming-bonding together alone ;) ,to have a relaxing spa massage or treat him a with very special birthday meal. Actually, we have never used the pool and other facilities during our preparation day so he told me that he would like to visit this place again - i guess this time is the best time to be there, enjoy the our moment while reminiscing our special day. 

I've been searching and surfing through the net about my plan and voila! I still found Herald Suites Solana the most appealing place. Pool (check!) Very comfy and elegant room (check!) free wifi (check!) free breakfast (check!) and kind and friendly staffs (super check!) and other great facilities (gym, sauna, massage, etc.). 

  

Earlier then, I tried to call Herald Suites Solana with an excitement - but suddenly I found out that the promo that I would like to avail only falls on weekends only. (ouch!)

So i tried to ask them a special request if we could check in at exactly 12am of July 11 and will check out July 11 in the morning since we can still spend our quality time there even in a short period of time. A very polite staff, "Sir Richard" helped me to grant this some kind-a not easy request - and he exceeded my expectations! He called me back and it surprised me that he and his manager allowed us to avail the weekend promo even if it is still a weekday (thursday) - and upgraded our room to a deluxe room because there is no available "room" anymore (i forgot the exact word for the room of the said promo). 

And now, I am more than excited than my hubby! We will definitely enjoy our celebrations and stay there!

 



Thanks to Sir Richard and his manager, who are so concerned, understand us and know how to deal with customers and instances very proper. They represent the whole Herald Suites actually and I guess this will be the reason why they will have more satisfied customers in the future! Overall, I would like to salute them and will definitely refer Herald Suites Solana to everyone! 



They deserve to be rewarded as one of the Highest Quality Service Hotel in Manila! More power and blessings!
